Children with disabilities and special needs also have the right to education just as neurotypical children do. In India, a majority of children with special needs do not receive any formal education due to various social and economic reasons.

Our Project Shining Smiles is about:

  • Rendering support services to the Special Needs Institutions who are striving hard to get these ASD children independent in their daily life and strengthen their abilities.
  • Educate the faculty of these institutions about the advanced evaluation and training methods.

In this process we have partnered with Drishti Foundation and their “Little Hearts Learning Center” located in Mumbai, India.

Little Hearts Learning Center is a specialized Institution for Special Needs Children, who are equipped with Speech, Vocational and Music Therapists along with other facilities.

Their Co-Founders Ms.Gowri Ramesh and Ms. Reshmy Nikith are mothers of Special kids of their own.

Our Professional Volunteers on board have actively engaged with the Institution and rendering support services.
