We celebrated our annual volunteer appreciation event on June 3rd with the support of Microsoft. We are volunteer powered organization and it feels so good to take moment to appreciate all volunteers for their selfless service.
Congratulations to all of our June 2018 graduates! May you excel in your next endeavors!!
Big shout out to all wonderful Fathers out there and we hope you all had a great father’s day with your loved ones.
Here we entered into July already, which marks the official beginning of summer, the year is half over!!! Have a wonderful and safe Fourth of July. This year we celebrate 242 years of independence.

Total hours as a team we put together 615 volunteer hours for June month.
June 3rd: Annual Volunteer Appreciation Event: Sunnyvale, CA
We are so lucky that Microsoft sponsored us to celebrate our 3rd Annual Volunteer Appreciation Event in Bayarea, CA. Amazing setup, delicious food and very caring staff made our event very special. Congratulations to all volunteers for their dedication and commitment to serve the community.
June 1st, 4th, and 8th: Friends Together at InFuse, San Jose, CA
Volunteer did a great a job of working with differently-abled children at InFuse after school program.
June 2nd – Community Outreach -Gardening for the community -San Jose, CA
June 5th & 11th: Community Outreach: @ Kid’s Meals, Houston, TX
On 5th: Kid’s Meals…is a Meals on Wheels for Preschool Children. Volunteers decorated 200+ lunch sac bags and packed 600+ lunches. An activity where they would get to explore their arts & learn about the needs of the community.
On 11th: 150+ snack bags filled up, helped in the kitchen to make 60+ raisin pouches.
June 7th and 26th – Community Outreach- Sorting the donations at Clothed By Faith, Houston, TX
June 8th & 22nd: Community Outreach – Bollywood work session by Anika at public library, Alum Rock. San Jose- CA
June 9th, 12th, and 26th – Community Outreach -@ Urban Harvest Community Gardening, Houston, TX
All the produce go to Human Needs Ministry- FortBend.

June 10th, 17th and 24th: Community Outreach: Sunday Afternoons with children form low income communities, San Jose, CA
June 10th & 16th: Community Outreach- Tech by Teens for Seniors, Santa Clara & San Jose, CA
June 12th: Feeding Friends: Cooked & Served Hot meals at Homeless Shelter, San Jose, CA
June 16th & 21st: Community Outreach- Helping advocating and registering for Summer Learning Program and sorting and organizing the books etc in the public library- San Jose. CA
June 16th- Community Outreach: Helping at homeless shelter kitchen, San Jose, CA
June 18th: Community Outreach: At Public Library- Sorting and organizing books in the shelves. Helping the staff with the prep work for the workshops, Houston, TX
June 26th & 29th Community Outreach: At Lunches of Love. Houston, TX
June 2nd 10th, &17th: Coding Class: Coding class by Harish. San Jose, CA
June 1st, 8th, 15th, and 22nd – “Friends Together” Educational session with Special Needs at PRAGNYA, San Jose, CA
June 3rd, 10th, 17th, and 24th: “Friends Together” FUN session with Special Needs, San Jose, CA
Volunteers spent quality time with children on spectrum with dancing, singing and chatting.
