Here is a sneak peak into our March 2019 activities:

New Project Launch: Knitbuds – with Elderly & Friends 2019

Knitbuds is a program conceived by our volunteer Mrudula Chodavarapu to knit beanies and scarves to donate to the homeless and patients getting chemotherapy. She has been making these all by herself for now but would like some help from friends to make more so they can donate more. No prior experience required. Mrudula will bring supplies and teach you. We are involving seniors and volunteers so it would be great opportunity for volunteers to bond with elderly and be productive. At end of the year Mrudula will donate knitted items to the needy.
